At least 7 years of hands-on experience in revenue cycle management and US healthcare domain

Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management

Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc

Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process

Identify areas of concern and recommend risk measures and cost savings

Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum

Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in statutory and internal audit

Develop and implement new software programs

Domain knowledge in financial and accounting

Maintain and improve the performance of existing software

Requirement analysis and documentation

Design and update software database

Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization

Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

2+ years’ experience in software development and support

Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies and Java platform
